  • New Zealand: shipping cost will be from $15.55 - $200 (10 - 20 working days and up to 20kg)
  • North America: shipping cost will be from $15.55 - $75 (21 - 28 working days and up to 2kg)
  • Western Europe: shipping cost will be from $15.55 - $75 (21 - 28 working days and up to 2kg)
  • Asia + The Pacific: shipping cost will be from $15.55 - $75 (21 - 28 working days and up to 2kg)
  • Rest of the World: shipping cost will be from $15.55 - $110 (25 - 30 working days and up to 2kg)

For international orders, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises Olive Avenue to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Olive Avenue may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods

We ship with Sendle, individual couriers and Australia Post to continually source the best shipping rate which we pass on to you! If the shipping rate isn't looking quite right get in touch with us and we will see what we can do.

Our rates are calculated using the weight and size of the items in your shopping cart. Your order will be processed 1 day after placing your order.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at olive.avenue.aus@gmail.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.  

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For online orders an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information, still have a question?  Email us at olive.avenue.aus@gmail.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days. 

I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Contact olive.avenue.aus@gmail.com immediately.  In some cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.  

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your shipment is held up with the carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.
Please contact olive.avenue.aus@gmail.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
